June 1 marked the completion of the first year of the CTR21 Project a 3-year initiative focused on strengthening professional development through research and cultivating an inquiry mindset among educators across the ABCSSS islands. Over the past year, we’ve laid strong foundations:
- Built a network of engaged schools and educators
- Facilitated workshops and training sessions focused on educational inquiry and innovation
- Launched school-based research trajectories
- Sparked dialogue around the evolving role of teachers as reflective practitioners and agents of change
